# 54 - Just Ask for Help

I recorded this four times already, and every time I've recorded it, I listened to myself. Include all sorts of extra explanation and justification and reasons for what I'm about to do. And it's been a very interesting exercise, reflecting to me how difficult it is for me to simply ask for help. This is something I've recommended to you in terms of follow through, and it's hard talk for me to walk, so my practice today is just to simply ask for your help.
